This is a general customer service announcement that may be important to you for your order.
As you are well aware Black Friday is an extremely busy weekend for retail. We are honoured that you choose us to fulfil your items.
We are a family run business and we rely on the good service of our suppliers to offer the best in class sales, service and advice.
Due to the current environment we wish to inform you that we are experiencing higher call and Whatsapp volumes than normal. Be assured we will return all messages although not in our usual quick time.
As for orders - they are moving albeit in not the usual timescales due to the overall break down in the system in the UK.
Please see notices from DPD and the publicised strike action of Royal Mail and Parcelforce (https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news). This has had a knock-on effect with other courier services who are not able to handle to increase in demand.
Please be assured we are working tirelessly to get your items in the quickest time. Once we get a better timing we will share this valuable information with you.
For some this additional delay will not cause any issue but for others – those travelling or expectant soon we will do our best to find a shipping solution.
