We ordered a high chair and accessories from Parent Studio so we could start the weaning journey. we did a lot of research on the chair and Parent Studio were very competitively priced so we ordered through them. The ordering process was straight forward. Our order was despatched within a couple of working days of placing the order and full tracking details were supplied via WhatsApp. The order was despatched from the Netherlands. The DPD tracking didn't update for a couple of days so I contacted Parent Studio via WhatsApp to check there were no issues. I had a prompt response (outside of business hours) confirming where the parcel was and Parent Studio kept checking on the progress and giving me updates until it was delivered. The order was delivered on the seventh working day after placing the order - there were a couple of days delay in the Netherlands for some reason, based on the DPD tracking, but this can happen to any delivery and is not in the control of Parent Studio. Overall I would definitely recommend Parent Studio; the order process was straight forward, despatch was prompt, delivery was good, and the customer service was excellent. The products are also superb.

We spent a long time researching high chairs and decided to go for the Tripp Trapp. It has turned out to be a great decision. The oak brown finish looks amazing and goes perfectly with our dining room table. Love the fact this chair will last as it adapts to different ages. Definitely recommend.
