Our backpacks are covered for 4 years, our suitcases for 5 years, and all other products for 2 years. Please note that the warranty does not cover external factors such as normal wear and tear, product overloading, minor material irregularities (e.g., colour variations), or external factors like temperature, humidity, or pollution. Damages resulting from accidents, transportation
    incidents, and theft are also not covered by the warranty. Additionally, any damage caused by the use of third-party equipment is not covered.
