The first piece is the Grace cot bed. The open slatted sides are perfect for watching over your little treasure during their most peaceful times and the presence of teething rails ensures your child's delicate teeth are protected. The top position of the mattress base allows your baby to be taken in and out of the cot bed without unnecessary bending and as they grow, learning to sit and stand, the mattress base can then be lowered by a further two positions, providing extra security and reassurance Once your little one is ready to progress to a bed, the Grace cot bed can convert seamlessly into a cosy and stylish junior bed, meaning the Grace offers maximum durability and great value. The Grace cot bed requires an Obaby 140 x 70cm mattress, available separately.The second piece is the open changing unit. Two large open shelves provide families with plenty of room to store all of baby's changing essentials. If you have ordered one of our larger items such a comfy chair or a wardrobe for your little one’s clothes, this will be delivered to you via AIT. 

Keep an eye on your phone and emails for tracking info direct from the courier. AIT will send you a 2-hour time slot the evening before the delivery. 

The friendly & helpful drivers will deliver your item to your room of choice. 

If your item is being delivered by Yodel you will receive a two-hour delivery slot on the day. You can use the Yodel website to track, or even better if you download the Yodel app you can make any changes you need from there. 

This includes amending the delivery date, requesting the item to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. 

If you have ordered one of our super comfy recliner chairs then this will be delivered via panther, once your order is collected from us the Arrow team will get in touch with you either via email or text message to arrange your delivery date. Arrow are a room of choice delivery service so will happily delivery into your chosen room. 

If you have ordered one of our larger items such a comfy chair or a wardrobe for your little one’s clothes, this will be delivered to you via DX.

DX unfortunately cannot enter your property, so we do recommend having someone with you who can take in the boxes.
