If you have ordered one of our larger items such a comfy chair or a wardrobe for your little one’s clothes, this will be delivered to you via AIT. 

Keep an eye on your phone and emails for tracking info direct from the courier. AIT will send you a 2-hour time slot the evening before the delivery. 

The friendly & helpful drivers will deliver your item to your room of choice. 

If you have ordered one of our super comfy recliner chairs then this will be delivered via panther, once your order is collected from us the Arrow team will get in touch with you either via email or text message to arrange your delivery date. Arrow are a room of choice delivery service so will happily delivery into your chosen room. 

If you have ordered one of our larger items such a comfy chair or a wardrobe for your little one’s clothes, this will be delivered to you via DX. 

Keep an eye on your phone and emails for tracking info direct from the courier. 

DX unfortunately cannot enter your property, so we do recommend having someone with you who can take in the boxes. 

If your item is being delivered by Yodel you will receive a two-hour delivery slot on the day. You can use the Yodel website to track, or even better if you download the Yodel app you can make any changes you need from there. 

This includes amending the delivery date, requesting the item to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
