An incredibly professional attentive and responsive company. I purchased accessory items for my Stokke Babyzen YOYO (purchased from elsewhere) but ran into difficulty with applying a discount code at checkout. Firstly, not only were the (discounted) prices for each item the best I could find comparable to any other company (both big and small), but to help me with my issue Parent Studio compensated me with an additional free babyzen accessory. The customer service was absolutely unparalleled - I had a member of staff checking in on the delivery of each product, ensuring the commitment had been honoured on their side. I wish I had found this company sooner, and made every baby item purchase from them. They have certainly found a lifelong customer in me for the future.

This online store was a great little find and selling the YOYO buggy at a great price. I originally wanted to get a second hand one but pretty hard to find under £200 so opted for a new one as they clearly retain their value. Delivery was within a week and great communication once the item was ready for shipping, especially with the text messages. All arrived as planned and a check in with the store to check everything was as expected. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely footmuff keeps my little one warm and cosy also the olive colour is stunning and matched the hood perfectly.
Will last us years as our 4 year old fits in it perfectly aswell and she’s tall.
